Victorian Costumes and Accessories

Welcome to the Victorian age of fashion through the Belle Epoque era (1860s - 1890s). Though these fashions were most memorable for the exaggerated silhouette and the hour-glass look, my designs reflect the practical garments of the times. Choose from comfortable styles suitable for recreational events and programs. Find higher fashion, corsetry and underpinnings at the link to the Victoriana site at the bottom of this page.

Enterprise and Ft. Rucker residents may make an appointment for selection and fitting.

Dicken's Style Bonnet (shown bottom left) - This covered straw bonnet is held in place by a lace band tied under the chin. Straw base with taffeta cover. Great for Christmas Caroling.

Other bonnet assortments from plain to fancy are available upon request, though prices will vary based on style and availability of fabric and trims. Please inquire about my pricing on simple bonnet styles.

PLEASE NOTE: More skirt samples are in progress. I do not stock inventory. Therefore, I provide sample pictures. I will update with new images when new samples are completed. I cannot keep samples in stock due to the demand for these skirts and tops which are sold at reduced prices. Please inquire about my re-designs.

Walking suits and parlor dresses -Basic Selections include complete outfits with a sleeved bodice and a long skirt . Prices begin at $150.00 for in stock items. Customized layers with bustle bow or lace overskirt will be an additional fee. This is costuming on a budget for the most basic of styles without the use of corsetry. Keep in mind that proper undergarments such as crinoline or hoop skirts will create a more period look. Orders may be confirmed via e-mail at which time a final price quote and method of payment can be arranged.
